About Birthright

Birthright of Ballston Spa is a non-profit pregnancy support service.  We opened in 1977 and have served the Capital Region for over 40 years through the good works of our volunteers and donors. 

Birthright offers free and confidential, self-administered pregnancy tests. We also offer hope and encouragement during pregnancy.

Location

After 40 years in the village of Ballston Spa, Birthright moved in 2019.
​We are now located 1.5 miles south of the village on Route 50.  We are before Mangino’s car dealership on the left-hand side of the road.
