About Birthright

Birthright is a non-profit pregnancy support service that has served pregnant women since 1977. We offer free and confidential, self-administered pregnancy tests, referrals, and baby items.

Location

After 40 years in the village of Ballston Spa, Birthright moved in 2019.
​We are now located 1.5 miles south of the village on Route 50.  We are before Mangino’s car dealership on the left-hand side of the road.
